Returns + Exchanges

We don't have a hard, fast return policy; it doesn't seem fair to promote our company as offering "premium gear" and then not back that gear up.

When we launched Fieldtrip, it was our goal to offer products we personally use and believe in. If you have an item that's failed in any way, let us know, we'll work with you and the manufacturer to figure out how to get it fixed. 

Even if it's failed due to simple wear and tear, we can probably find a quick, cheap fix that will keep your gear going strong and hopefully happy as a customer. 

If you have an item that's unopened and you no longer want it, hit us up and we'll work something out.
